It's 1997 when it was released. The first disk is the exact same as the original CD soundtrack released by Westwood Studios. The second disk is actually a complilation of various industrial/techno/metal bands specially made for the German market by Edel. Such bands include Cobalt 60 (which made a remix of Crush in this soundtrack), Prodigy, 16 Volt, Strapping Young Lad, and many others.
Cobalt 60 released their own CD single on their remixed Red Alert track "Crush", but it's extremely difficult to find and it's long out of print.
